Classic Filters

Classic Filters deliver filter housings and elements to many different industries.

Classic Filters are a UK based manufacturer with a global distributor network specialising in particulate & coalescing filter housings and elements.

316L Stainless steel housing

316L stainless steel housings for particle and coalescing filtration tasks.

The houses are available in many different versions with door sizes ranging from 1/8" to 2" and from vacuum to over 1300 bar working pressure.

All our stainless steel housings have CE markings, if necessary, and offer complete traceability.

Drainage container - Drainage pot

A drainage container increases drainage capacity by liquid separation filtration.

The container can either be attached directly to the drainage port of a filter housing, which then expands the capacity of the housing so that much more liquid can be kept. It can also be secured with valves so that the liquid can be drained in the drainage container, which can then be emptied if needed without a shutdown. These containers can also be used as a sampling container (sample cylinder) and are therefore also CE marked and PED approved.

One-time in-line filters

One-time in-line filters are an independent filter solution.

A disposable filter element is encapsulated in a plastic part with integrated inlet and outlet tips. DIFs from Classic filters are an inexpensive solution that is quick and easy to replace.

It is also possible to get the filters with stainless steel elements.

Adsorbers

Disposable In-Line Adsorbers (DIA) consist of plastic bodies filled with granular adsorption material and provided with integrated inlet and outlet filter pads.

The adsorber cartridges have a similar arrangement to the DIA, but are designed to fit into filter housings. Other special adsorber products can also be supplied as well as filter housings can be supplied in customized solutions.

Microfiber filter elements

Disposable microfiber filter elements for particle filtration and liquid recovery filtration.

Many different sizes and qualities to cover all applications. Industry standard sizes allow use in filter housings of other manufacturers. Microfiber filter elements can remove up to 99.9999% of 0.1 micron particles and aerosols from gases.

Stainless steel filter elements

Stainless steel filter elements from 5-layer sintered braid or single-layer types.

The 5-layer types are "welded" together to form an integral porous element. The middle mask has the smallest and finest size and determines the filter size. The other larger outer and inner layers of coarser masks provide support and protection.

PTFE and PE filter elements

PTFE and PE sintered filter elements for applications with particle filtration.

Special sizes and qualities can be produced to suit your applications. PTFE (Teflon) filter elements when used with our FF series filter housings provide a 100% PTFE filter solution.
