MICROFIBRE FILTER ELEMENTS

Disposable microfibre filter elements for particulate and coalescing applications.
Available in a wide range of sizes and filtration grades to suit all applications.
Standard dimensions ensure compatibility with other manufacturers’ filter housings

Stainless steel filter elements

STAINLESS STEEL FILTER ELEMENTS

Stainless steel filter elements manufactured as single-layer or 5-layer designs.
The 5-layer elements are sintered together to form an integrated porous structure.
The middle layer has a very fine mesh and determines the filtration grade

PTFE filters PE filter elements

PE- OG PTFE FILTER ELEMENTS

Filter elements in PTFE and PE for particulate applications.
Special sizes and filtration grades can be produced on request.
PTFE (Teflon) filter elements, when combined with FF series filter housings, provide a 100% PTFE solution.

En gangs inline filtre

DISPOSABLE INLINE FILTERS

Disposable inline filters are a complete, self-contained filtration solution.
The filter element is encapsulated in a plastic housing with integrated inlet and outlet connections.
These filters offer a cost-effective solution that is quick and easy to replace.

Filterhus rustfri stål 316L

316L STAINLESS STEEL FILTER HOUSING

Filter housings in 316L stainless steel for particulate and coalescing applications in a wide range of sizes and pressure classes.
Connection sizes from 1/8" to 2" and operation from vacuum to above 1300 bar.
All filter housings can be supplied with CE marking if required.

Adsorber filter products Classic filters

ADSORPTION PRODUCTS

Disposable inline adsorbers (DIA)
consist of plastic housings filled with granular adsorption material and with integrated filter pads at the inlet and outlet.
Adsorber cartridges have a similar design but are intended for installation in filter housings.

PTFE membran filterhuse

PTFE MEMBRANE FILTER HOUSING

Filter housings with PTFE membranes, both hydrophobic and oleophobic types, for high-performance separation of liquid from gas.
Combination housings with both PTFE membrane and coalescing filter element.
Can also be used for liquid/liquid separation.

Aluminium filterhuse

ALUMINIUM FILTER HOUSING

High-efficiency aluminium filter housings developed for compressed air applications.
Available in many connection sizes and pressure classes and deliver efficient filtration tailored to the application.

PLASTIC FILTER HOUSING

PLASTIC FILTER HOUSING

Available in PTFE, PP, PVDF, and nylon in multiple sizes and configurations.
Custom-designed filter housings for OEM applications can be supplied based on the NT, NL, and NNS series.
A cost-effective and efficient filtration solution.

Filterhuse i rustfrit stål med integrerede flanger

FLANGED FILTER HOUSING

Stainless steel filter housings with integrated flanges machined directly into the head.
Manufactured from solid 316L without welds and CE marked according to PED 2014/68/EU.
Can be supplied with all common flange standards such as ASME/ANSI B16.5, BS 4504, and SAE.

DRAIN VESSELS

Drain vessels increase the drainage capacity of coalescing filter housings.
They can be mounted directly on the drain port and act as an extension of the filter housing, providing increased liquid collection capacity.

Automatic drain filters for industrial use

AUTOMATIC DRAINS

Automatic drains remove liquid from coalescing filter housings and are mounted directly on the drain port.
Stainless steel models are used for applications with positive pressure.

FILTER REGULATORS CLASSIC FILTERS

FILTER REGULATORS

Pressure regulators and filter regulators in 316L stainless steel with either plastic or stainless steel spring caps.
Ideal for instrument air. Can be supplied with both disposable and reusable stainless steel filter elements.

Cyclone filter housing

CYKLONE FILTER HOUSING

Cyclone filter housings are an innovative and low-maintenance solution for liquid filtration.
The cyclone effect flushes the filter surface, directing particles to bypass, while only the desired low flow stream passes through the filter.

FAST LOOP FILTER HOUSING

FAST LOOP FILTER HOUSING

Fast loop filter housings reduce response time in sampling systems for online analyzers.
A high flow brings the sample close to the analyzer, after which a low flow is taken through the filter housing.

SP76 MODULAR FILTER HOUSING

SP76 MODULAR FILTER HOUSING

Filter housings for SP76 modular sampling systems.
Supplied in 316L stainless steel for particulate and coalescing filtration as well as PTFE membrane housings in accordance with the SP76 standard.

Coalescing filters for separation of liquid aerosols and droplets from gas

COALESCING FILTERS

Applications requiring separation of liquid aerosols and droplets from gas use coalescing filters.
The filter element typically consists of an inner and outer structure, where the inner ensures high filtration efficiency.
