M serie manifolds

M serie instrument manifolds offers direct/remote mounting with 2-way, 3 way and 5-way multi-valve connectivity design.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy 400 or 6MO, each single piece manifold is compact and features locking plates, mounting holes and upstream or downstream ports. Thoroughly tested to withstand up to 649° C, Hy-Lok instrument manifolds perform in many of the most demanding environments.

M Series manifold accessories include seal kits, flange kits, eccentric and concentric pipe nipples, calibration fittings, gauge adapters, vent plugs, and bleed and purge valves.

Mounting and maintenance kits are also available.

Double block and bleed valves

Hy-Lok Integral block and bleed (DBB) valves for a variety of applications.

Hy-Lok integral Block & Bleed valves have been specifically designed to provide a compact installation for gauge or transmitter instruments. Used as an alternative to multivalve systems, the advantages of reduced weight and minimum leakpaths provide for a higher integrity system. And the reduced height of the installation reduces the risk of damage through vibration as well.

Hy-Lok integral Block & Bleed is a leader in its field. A company that has built its reputation on inspired development, precision engineering and high quality customer service satisfies the demands of industry worldwide.

Please see datasheet for all the possibilities possible.

Bleed and purge

Hy-Lok purge valves are designed to manually bleed, vent or drain.

Hy-Lok´s bleed valves can be used on instrument fluid handling products, such as manifolds or gauge/root valves, in order to vent signal line pressure to the atmosphere before disassembling of an instrument or to facilitate in the calibration of control devices. End connection options include male NPT and SAE from 1/8″ to 1/2″.

Bleed valves are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy 400. The knurled cap is not separable from the valve body for safety. A simple quarter (1/4) turn from finger tight gives leak-free closure. Proper tightening with a wrench secures closure to the desired pressure rate with sufficient make-ups. Purge valves are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass. Both bleed and purge valves are tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi(69 bar) to a max leak rate of 0.1 SCCM.
